AEPA registration can be done in a number of ways. For most applicants, the easiest may be online registration. This can be done up to 6 p.m. mountain standard time of the appropriate test’s deadline date. It’s also possible to register by U.S. mail. In this case, your registration form and appropriate fees would have to be postmarked no later than the deadline date for regular registration. Late registrations can also be accomplished online or through the U.S. mail. If you are mailing a late AEPA registration form and fees, be aware that it must be received (not simply postmarked) by the deadline date. Emergency registration can be accomplished either online or by calling (800) 239-8105 between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. mountain standard time during weekdays, with the exception of holidays. Late or emergency registration will be assessed an additional fee. You should carefully review test descriptions to guarantee you are registering for the right test. Some tests may fill quickly. You’ll need to pay all AEPA registration fees upon sign-up.
Register to take the AEPA exam at the AEPA website. Should you need to change the registration date, your test subject, or location, you may do so online or by mail by filing a Change of Registration Request form and paying an additional fee. Withdrawals require a Withdrawal/Refund Request form submitted by fax or U.S. mail no later than 6:00 p.m. mountain standard time on the deadline for late registration for that test in order to receive a partial refund.
Registration fees are dependent upon which test or tests are chosen. There is an additional $30 fee for late registration. Emergency registration will add $50. Additional services are available, and fees vary.
If you are completing your AEPA registration online, payment can be made with VISA or MasterCard. Debit or check cards that feature a VISA or MasterCard insignia and don’t need a PIN are also accepted. Mail registration should include a personal check or money order. Cash and cashier’s checks are not accepted in mail registrations.
